Looming Decisions at the Supreme Court
After oral arguments in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis in December 2022, many LGBTQ+ advocates began to fear for the worst. The decision, which many expect will be issued this month, is likely to walk back many of the rights and protections that LGBTQ+ advocates have been fighting for, for decades.
