Join the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory

GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ+ Equality invites health providers of all backgrounds and disciplines to join the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory — a free, searchable resource connecting LGBTQ+ patients with affirming, knowledgeable providers across the U.S. and Canada.

Whether you’re a primary care clinician, therapist, OB/GYN, dentist, or alternative health practitioner, joining the Directory is a powerful way to show LGBTQ+ people in your community that you provide safe, respectful, and inclusive care. By creating a profile, you’ll be part of the fastest-growing resource of its kind, used by patients seeking affirming, identity-aligned care.

Patients can search by location, specialty, or identity-aligned care priorities to find someone who’s committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Every provider listed in the Directory has affirmed their commitment to offering culturally competent and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Who is eligible? Health care providers from a wide variety of specialities and disciplines can create directory profiles. This includes primary care/family/general practice physicians, OB/GYNs, behavioral health professionals, dental health professionals, and alternative health professionals.

Where do I search for a provider near me? Go directly to the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory and search for a speciality or region!

How do I sign up as a Provider? Go to the Sign Up page, provider profiles are free and only take a few minutes to set up!

  1. Enter your name and contact information. You will need to create a password for your new account.
  2. Fill out your profile with your specialties, certifications, and other relevant information. The more you include helps patients find a provider who fits their needs best!
  3. You’ll be asked to check off a series of statements that affirm your commitment to being an affirming care provider for LGBTQ+ patients.
  4. Submit your profile for review. Once approved, it will be published on the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory. Please note that profiles are for individual providers, not clinics.
