Advanced Bi+ Allyship: Going Beyond the “Bi”nary

Continuing our bisexual+ (bi+) ally journey involves challenging the assumptions we hold and stopping misinformation in its tracks. Participants in this session will learn how to identify and unpack common myths and stereotypes about people who are bi+ and well as how to push back and correct them. They will also discuss advanced bi+ ally behaviors and continue the conversation about how organizations can grow to ensure that bi+ employees, customers, and clients feel like they belong.
