They will also find out about some of the ways that living authentically positively impacts various aspects of the lives of people who are LGBTQ+ and the power of supportive families, schools, workplaces, and communities
Participants will learn about what many LGBTQ+ symbols, events, and historical references mean—and the impact they continue to have on culture today.
Participants will review key facts about LGBTQ+ history, examine key advocacy issues that will impact people who are LGBTQ+ in 2025, and understand what history can tell us about the challenges and opportunities we currently face.
